Believe it or not the Nevada parole board has approved OJ Simpson for release, but there's a catch. He won't be out for at least four more years.
OJ still has to serve four consecutive years on other charges he was convicted of back in his 2008 sentence. The earliest he'll be out is 2017, when he'll be 70 years old.
Simpson has been behind bars since 2008 for a burglary charge in which he was trying to steal back memorbilia.
