No charges will be pressed against Patricia Krentcil after she made national news last year when it was believed she forced her 5 year old daughter into a tanning booth.

A grand jury said Wednesday there wasn't enough evidence to indict her. 

Coming out of court, tanning mom told reporters: 

Yeah, I like to tan and I don't think that's a crime. And I'm still gonna tan.

She also had a few choice words for the media.
