The 20 year old female was at home with her four month old son when 28 year old Miguel Hernandez attempted to break into her home.
But this guy got a fight he didn't expect. The young mom beat him up pretty good, hitting him many times in the face. When police arrived, Hernandez's nose was bleeding and was in a confused state - likely from the combination of alcohol and the beating he received.
Mom and baby are doing just fine and weren't injured in the altercation. Hernandez was taken to Kingston Hospital - note the hospital gown - and then held at Ulster County Jail.
