Last week, I walked into Stop & Shop, and right at the entrance, there was a display of chestnuts. We've all heard Nat King Cole sing about it, but I think I can honestly say not only have I never tried a chestnut, I haven't seen one either.

Naturally, it got me curious, so I did a little digging on the web about roasting chestnuts during the holiday season. It's quick, easy, and looks quite tasty. I know what I'll be bringing to my next Holiday party.
