Cluster balloonist Jonathan Trappe is giving it a shot. He already holds a record for a balloon flight from England to Belgium, but his next mission might be a bit more challenging.
Trappe is hoping to raise upwards of $300,000 for his journey using 365 special helium balloons that can resist damage from the sun's UV rays.
This stunt has been attempted in the past, with nobody succeeding and five have died trying. Just in case, Trappe is taking a lifeboat on his journey.
