In a sign that things are slowly but surely returning to normal, Governor Andrew Cuomo said that Metro North will be running on a limited basis. 

Specifics on which services were not outlined, except that the line will run again starting at 2pm. In addition, NY subways are also expected back in limited capacity starting sometime Thursday. 

The Metro North and NY Subway system have been off line since Sunday. The MTA had been offering bus service in place of Metro North.
